This was not only a great experience, but the end result is perfect. My Zoey is not the girlish of dogs. I call her my grungy diva. I searched through hundreds of offerings before finding the right fabric in a step-through harness with a matching leash. Kelly worked with me to customize and get it just right. She was prompt about answering questions. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to arrive. It looks beautiful and well made to handle my rambunctious Zoey.
